THE DIRECT ANSWER

Start by clarifying the actual duties, not by choosing a more favourable label.

Keep the documents faithful to the job

Correct inaccurate descriptions where necessary, but do not manufacture responsibilities. The support letter and employment terms should describe the same real proposal.

Prepare the consulting or services agreement, incorporation records for the Canadian company, ownership and director details for any US entity involved, and a letter from the US client describing the professional duties, period, and payment arrangement. Proof of Canadian citizenship, the original parchment and an official transcript showing the field of study, any hospitality diploma or certificate, and an employer letter naming the profession as Appendix 2 states it. Start from the contract: list the deliverables, the on-site duration and the client’s obligations, then have the Canadian corporation issue a letter that repeats those facts in the language of the Computer Systems Analyst listing. Where the qualifying path relies on experience rather than a degree alone, that experience needs evidence more durable than a résumé line: dated employment letters describing the actual work performed, or project records naming the person and the period. The portfolio supplements the credential and employer account; it does not replace the applicable degree or diploma/certificate-and-experience requirements or prove that unrelated production duties are professional design.
