What if the employer cannot disclose a complete technical manual?

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Identify genuine evidence that can explain the relevant knowledge and have the handling of sensitive material reviewed.

Explain rather than invent

Do not fabricate a manual or simply assert secrecy. Describe the material issue and what authentic records or knowledgeable explanations may address it.

Gather employment records showing the qualifying overseas period, then select training logs, internal manuals, product history, project assignments, and supervisor declarations that reveal the claimed knowledge. Use evidence created during ordinary work wherever possible: mentor statements, shift assignments, maintenance tickets, annotated diagrams, training attendance, quality records, and messages resolving particular production failures. Useful items include the system manual and its revision history, the crop recipe library with dates showing internal development, the calibration and validation procedures, incident and fault records demonstrating the reasoning applied, and training curricula showing the months required to bring a grower to competence. Keep one shared set of corporate exhibits and one individual folder per person holding duties, chronology, and knowledge evidence, and track versions, because the shared set will be updated while individual files are still in progress and mismatched corporate descriptions across a group are noticeable.
