How can a joint project record show the applicant’s contribution?

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Explain the employee’s actual role alongside the relevant records. A team report can support the case if the reader can understand what it establishes about this person.

Attribute the evidence accurately

Use authorized project descriptions, training history or decisions that connect the employee to the claimed knowledge. Distinguish work performed by others and identify genuine limits in the record. A generic participation certificate is not automatically evidence of advanced process knowledge.

Attach the table of contents, the sections the employee authored with their revision history, and any passage that expressly leaves a decision to a qualified operator, together with a short statement explaining what each attachment proves. Useful material includes authored or revised procedures, audit reports naming the applicant, investigation and corrective action records they owned, supplier approvals, training and authorisation registers, and a current delegation of authority. The useful material is older design documents, internal procedure manuals the applicant wrote or maintained, escalation records, training material, release notes, and system configuration histories, supported by colleagues who can describe what the applicant contributed.
