What should explain an invoice labelled labour?

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Identify the underlying provider and relationship rather than relying on the invoice label.

Keep expenditure and employment records distinct

A contractor bill may show a commercial charge without proving wages paid to qualifying employees. Use the appropriate employment or methodology evidence for the case and preserve the invoice for what it actually establishes.

Documents proving both where the money came from and how it travelled: business financial statements and tax filings, sale or dividend records for whatever was liquidated, loan agreements with their security terms, and bank statements connecting each transfer from origin to the enterprise account. Keep the job-creation documentation separate from the personal source-of-funds records, since a strong study does not verify the investor's own capital and a clean funding history does not establish that the project will actually create the required jobs. The record that works usually contains employment letters or contracts establishing the position and the period, pay records or annual statements, personal tax filings for the relevant years, and bank statements showing balances growing in a pattern consistent with the income.
