A St.-Charles acquisition file may include most transfers but lack one old statement. Define the missing source or path fact before deciding whether other authentic evidence can address it.
Locate the particular gap
Identify the relevant account holder, dates, amount and transaction. Ask the institution what archival evidence or confirmation it can legitimately provide and preserve its response. A missing month in a file is different from an unexplained source of funds; describe which issue exists rather than calling both incomplete paperwork.
Evaluate records without manufacturing certainty
Compare actual sender, recipient and transaction information. Explain conversion or intervening transfers using available evidence and identify what remains unverified. A personal summary can guide review but should not masquerade as a bank statement or be presented as automatically sufficient.
Return to the investment conditions
Source tracing does not replace treaty nationality, relevant national enterprise ownership, development and direction, substantial at-risk capital or a real nonmarginal business. No universal E-2 minimum applies; enterprise-asset-secured funds do not qualify on that basis. Keep intent to depart when E status ends and the actual visa or status steps separate from closing the evidence gap.
