Identify the currently effective offer and keep a clear record of material changes. Do not silently replace the original with a document that suggests the revised terms existed all along.
Make the amendment history understandable
Create a short dated index showing each changed duty, entity, salary or assignment period and the employer’s confirming record. Keep the actual credential evidence separate from that employment history. If a document conflicts with another, ask the issuer to explain the discrepancy; the applicant should not repair an employer’s statement by inventing a missing term. A reviewer needs to know which proposal is real before assessing its classification.
A short letter on institutional letterhead stating that the former school merged into the current one on a given date, that the program continued, and that the transcript reflects the same records does more than several pages of applicant explanation. Build the record around the whole engagement: the employer letter or contract, start and end dates, weekly schedule, work location, compensation, professional deliverables, and duties during both peak and quiet periods. A credential evaluation from a recognised service states what the foreign qualification is equivalent to in United States terms, and a certified translation renders the parchment and transcript in full, with the translator's attestation of competence and completeness attached.
