It may explain why the employer chose the employee, but it does not by itself establish the L-1B knowledge standard.
Describe the reasoning behind the result
Select a concrete problem and identify the company information used to solve it. Explain whether the claim concerns special knowledge of the organization’s offering or advanced knowledge of its procedures. Distinguish that evidence from general technical skill without inventing a requirement that every qualifying method be secret.
Ask what exists: revision histories naming the employee, internal design or commissioning documents, training material they authored, project files showing the sequence of work, purchase records showing equipment was adapted rather than bought as standard, and any registered intellectual property. Callum's file therefore has to be built on what the company itself created: the platform's critical-limit logic, the deviation and corrective-action workflows shaped by this group's product range, the lot-genealogy model, the validation record. L-1B also requires one continuous qualifying year abroad within the applicable preceding three, active entities linked through a qualifying parent, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate relationship, and U.S. duties that actually use the asserted knowledge.
