The actual professional engagement must fit the listed category. An improvement objective is not enough if the role is really ongoing operational management.
Identify the decisions the applicant is hired to support
A Killarney applicant should explain the assessment and recommendations expected, who directs the operation and any implementation work actually assigned. The category and qualification need review on those facts; changing an employment title to consultant does not create a fit.
A name change by itself does not touch the elements the case rests on: Canadian or Mexican citizenship, which permanent residence alone does not satisfy, a qualifying listed profession, prearranged professional work in the United States, and temporary entry. The appendix entry for registered nurses accepts a state or provincial licence, or a licenciatura degree, so a nurse licensed in a Canadian province already holds the qualification the category asks for. An officer will look at the balance of duties: soil sampling programs, fertility recommendations, trial design and pest scouting are agronomic; account development, order taking and quota management are sales. Officers compare the duties described against the listed profession, and a letter about brand standards, revenue targets and cross-property projects can read as a general management job rather than hotel management.
