Each employer’s actual proposal needs to be identifiable. A combined narrative must not conceal different duties, employment terms or responsible entities.
Keep responsibility for facts clear
Obtain accurate records from each employer and label which assignment they describe. If the schedules or duties conflict, resolve that with the relevant issuer rather than choosing convenient terms. The reviewer needs to distinguish genuine professional work from an additional activity that might not qualify, not merely see two company names in one document.
Request exact copies of what went to the government or was handed to an officer: the support letter as signed, the agreement as executed, credential documents, proof of citizenship, forms, and any cover correspondence. Ask for a letter on letterhead naming the U.S. entity, stating the profession in the words used by the Appendix 2 list, describing the forestry duties concretely, and giving the period, the salary and the credential relied on.
