Identify the authorized distribution, account holders and actual transfer path with appropriate estate and financial records.
Make each participant’s role clear
Do not omit an intermediate account because it was used for estate administration. Explain distributions, deductions and currency conversion from genuine records. A diagram can organize the evidence without substituting for the underlying lawful-source account.
Start from the event that generated the funds and trace ownership, transfers, conversions and accounts through to the actual investment, keeping genuine dates and amounts rather than presenting a simplified summary. Passports and civil documents for everyone who would immigrate, several years of tax returns and bank statements, employment or business ownership records, and evidence behind any property sale, inheritance, gift or loan intended to fund the investment. For a haulage operation that means corporate records, financial statements across several years, vehicle titles and their disposal, the purchase and sale agreement, the closing statement, and the personal and corporate tax filings that reconcile with all of it.
