Eligible family inclusion concerns a spouse and unmarried children under 21, with applicable age issues assessed on the actual case. Each included person has the additional published US$1 million gift and US$15,000 processing charge, including corporate cases. Neither shared payment nor shared travel plans guarantees matching decisions.
A civil birth record establishing the parent-child relationship and date of birth, plus evidence of current marital status, such as a marriage certificate or a divorce decree where either applies. Payment does not itself confer status or preserve a child's age, so record each birth date and assess any Child Status Protection Act issue using the underlying immigrant-petition and visa-availability facts. A child nearing 21, a planned marriage, a nonmarital partner, an adult child, or a relative with a separate immigration history can materially affect household choices. Include relationship evidence, passports, birth dates, prior immigration history, and the current official amount or instruction that applies to each individual. Family derivative eligibility on an employment-based petition follows that petition's own rules; Gold Card participation is a separate track with its own terms and does not alter the petition's existing family provisions.
