Do not assume so. Read the agreement and immigration methodology; a fee does not purchase satisfaction of the statutory job requirement.
Separate charges from evidence
Identify investment capital, project administration, government fees and professional advice individually. Confirm the applicable capital threshold using the filing-date rules, including statutory adjustment beginning January 1, 2027. Ask what any claimed allocation assurance actually means, and keep commercial due diligence separate from an immigration outcome that cannot be guaranteed.
Government charges are a third line: the initial petition, later stages for the family, and the eventual petition to remove conditions each carry their own charge under the published schedule, and they should be confirmed at the time rather than quoted from an older document. Request the fee schedule as a document rather than as a figure quoted in conversation, and check whether it names anything payable later: annual administration, transfer charges, or costs deducted from a distribution.
