Keep the earlier version when it explains a material change, and identify the current account and its basis. An unexplained substitution can hide a relevant shift.
Ask the project to reconcile the difference
Record what changed in the job estimate, investor count or methodology and who supplied the explanation. Do not adjust the figures yourself to restore an expected allocation. Link the actual report to the investor’s subscription and investment history without assuming a document issued by the project proves every immigration requirement.
Start with the borrowing: provide the commitment letter and signed loan agreement, the bank's disbursement advice, statements showing the proceeds arrive in the investor's account, the currency-conversion receipt, and the transfer to the regional center's escrow or the new commercial enterprise. Where a property sale, gift, loan, or asset transfer is involved, provide its genuine terms for review rather than simplifying the story to make it easier to explain, since a narrative can describe a record but cannot replace a transfer that was never documented. Collect the settlement instrument, underlying claim documents, payment schedule, relevant tax treatment, issuer confirmations, statements for every receiving account, and outgoing transfers to the new commercial enterprise.
