Use authentic decision records, authority limits, team responsibilities and examples of how a policy is implemented by others.
Follow one decision through the business
Show who establishes the approach, who quotes or processes orders and who resolves exceptions. A presentation prepared by the founder does not alone establish who makes the decision or does the work. Keep the employment chronology and company relationship evidence separate so strong role examples do not hide a missing transfer requirement.
Primary corporate records rather than descriptions: share registers or certificates for both entities, the executed purchase agreement with its closing documents, director resolutions, and financial statements or contracts showing each company actively trading. A current organisational chart with names, titles, and reporting lines; a written position description for each report; payroll or contracts confirming the positions exist; approval limits; and examples of hiring, review, or dismissal decisions the applicant made. Government records of admission and prior approvals usually arrive first and fastest; employer records — assignment letters, payroll by jurisdiction, internal transfer notices — take longer and often need a request routed through a former manager who has since moved on.
